Hilda thoughtfully prepared for the workshop by getting to know our organization, and specific needs and culture. Working with Hilda helped us to see how to structure our administrative operations and communication so that we can build a more equitable work environment and relationships. I thought the program was a strong introduction to the company. The material was on-point, it covered a great deal of material that was completely understandable and related. I think the software portion was outstanding, and should be tool used by all companies in their training programs.
